What if my order is incomplete, wrong or my product is damaged?

If due to any reason, you receive wrong/incomplete order or damaged product, you are requested to trigger us an email at info@thetanclan.in with copy of invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request after 48 hours will not be entertained.

What if I don't like my product?

In an odd case, if you do not like our products, we do not offer Exchange/Returns.

Do I have to pay the shipping cost when returning my product?

The shipping cost to our return address will be borne by the customer. If you exchange an item. However, we will send the new product free of cost, back to your address.
