Domestic Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time: All orders are delivered within 2–7 business days. In case of high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays.
- Notifications: If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will promptly notify you via email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
- Order Availability: If an item is out of stock, you will be informed via phone or email.
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- Delivery Conditions: Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, shipping method, or the items ordered. Products may also arrive in separate shipments.
Customer Complaint Policy
- Customers must report any damage or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share images of the damaged product when reaching out.
- Complaints submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- Once the damage is verified, appropriate action will be taken to address the issue.
International Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days.
- Import Duties: Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the customer.
General Terms
- Orders are fulfilled within 7 working days from the order date under normal circumstances.
- Delivery times are subject to carrier practices, destination, and shipping methods.
