Key Policy Highlights

1. Reporting Damages:

   • Customers must report any damages within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product.
   • Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.
     

2. Order Cancellations:

   • Cancellations are accepted within 10-12 hours of placing the order.
   • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2-4 working days.
     
     

3. Exchange Policy:

   • Exchange is only possible for damaged products.
   • Videos and pictures of the damaged product are mandatory for approval.
   • Exchanges are not available for international orders due to high shipping costs and customs duties. However, we will strive to assist in rare cases.
   • If a customer wishes to exchange a non-damaged product, a fee of ₹450 will be charged to cover to-and-fro courier costs.
     
     

4. Packaging and Shipping:

   • All products must be returned with the original brand box and packaging.

Steps for Exchange

• Email us at contactus@thetanclan.in / Whatsapp on +91-7468888807 with your original order number and exchange details along with pictures.
• Once approved, our team will initiate the reverse pick-up.
• Our team will confirm receipt of the returned package and process the exchange.
  • If the exchange is for a non-damaged product, the fee of ₹450 must be paid before the exchange process is initiated.
• The exchanged product will be shipped back to you.
